Die casting technology

Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The mold cavity is created using two hardened tool steel dies which have been machined into shape and work similarly to an injection mold during the process. It is vastly superior to other manufacturing techniques. Die casting is good at producing complex shapes with high levels of tolerance.

Other advantages of die casting:

  • With thinner walls and good tolerance levels.
  • Be stronger, lighter than other casting methods.
  • Lower unit price
  • Process can be automated for greater efficiency.
  • Lowest labor and finishing costs.
  • Be good at mass produced in the thousands

BACSOONT has 6 sets semi-automatic die casting machines, including 1 set 180 ton, 2 sets 300 ton, 1 set 400 ton, 1 set 650 ton, 1 set 1600 ton. We can provide aluminum die casting, zinc die casting and magnesium die casting. The products’ dimensions are from 15 mm to 600 mm, unit weight is from 0.005-30 kg.
