Lost-wax casting technology

We provide custom ferrous and non-ferrous lost wax castings(including water glass casting and investment casting), lost wax casting methods is used for a range of industries around the globe, including Auto car, electric power industry, railway and etc.. It is an extremely versatile process that has lower associated tooling costs than sand casting or die casting, making it ideal for complex or low to medium volume production. Because lost wax castings are very consistent and produced at near net shapes, minimal additional machining is typically required to achieve the desired tolerances.

Other advantages of investment castings:

  • Excellent surface finish
  • High dimensional accuracy
  • Extremely intricate parts can be cast
  • Almost any metal can be used
  • No flash or parting lines

At Bacsoont, the dimensions of lost wax casting products we are producing are 0.1 in and 22 in, the unit weight is from 0.0625 to 46 lb. Including more and more complex geometries, such as turbine blades, firearm components, marine parts, and other industrial components. The materials we are using include all grades of stainless steel, carbon steels, aluminum alloys, bronze alloys, magnesium alloys, cast iron, and other nickel alloys.
